Riding Visit (stations one, two, and three)                                  $60.00 per student

Outings can be scheduled on Sundays only.  Outings are offered year-round, and will be held in one of our heated indoor arenas in the case of cold or inclement weather.

Please call or email the office for date availability.

Once a date is determined, Windermere will send a contract to the groups’ contact person.  The date is not officially held until the contract is returned with a $50.00 non-refundable deposit.  Payment may be made via check or by Credit Card over the phone.

The group is required to complete liability forms, pre-split the attendees into three (or two) groups for the rotations, collect all funds, and make the final payment from the groups’ credit card, checking account, or cash.  We will not accept individual payments from the attendees. Bike helmets are required for all participants.

The Troop must provide a final count of participants one week before the event.  The Troop will be responsible for paying for the final count even if some of the girls do not attend. The badge is not provided by us, that is the responsibility of the troop leader to obtain.

If you have further questions, or would like to schedule an outing, please contact Windermere Equestrian Center via phone or email.
